Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request must be made within 24 hours (1 day) of the purchase date and time.
• The API key must not have been used excessively or in violation of our terms of service.
• The refund request must be submitted through our official support channel.
• No refund will be processed if the API has been used for production purposes or if any data has been accessed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your dashboard account.
2. Navigate to your purchase history.
3. Select the API purchase you wish to refund.
4. Click on "Request Refund" button.
5. Fill out the refund request form with your reason.
6. Submit the request and wait for admin approval.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved by our admin team:

• Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI).
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
• The API key will be deactivated immediately upon refund approval.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

• API purchases made more than 24 hours ago.
• APIs that have been used in production environments.
• APIs that have exceeded their usage limits.
• Any custom API development services.
• Enterprise plan subscriptions (subject to separate terms).
